Employee Training/ safety
Safety is always our number one priority. There is never a situation where we will risk putting our employees in danger. Each employee who comes through our annual safety training will receive extensive coaching and practice on how to remain safe in high pressure situations. All PLC crews are proficiently trained in multiple safety procedures and practices, Including OSHA and MSHA.
We only give our employees the highest standard when it comes to equipment, our rubber gloves undergo more frequent dielectric testing than required to ensure our crews remain safe and in compliance.
All employees are subject to random drug testing. PLC has zero tolerance for drug use.
